Pillow Bling

This pillow has seen better days.  I love the color but it’s plain jane and it’s missing a big button.

I love these dollies.  My grandmother and my great grandmother made most of these but I also find lots of different colors and shapes at thrift stores.  I wanted a way to display some of these beautiful keepsakes.  I tried putting them all over the house but my husband complained that he felt like he was visiting grandma.  So I got out my glue gun!!!!

No sewing required!

Anthropologie sells shirts with these exact same dollies sewn all over.  SO cute!!!!   I was going to take a picture but last time I was in there snapping pictures, I got in trouble!
I smell another project brewing!

I went to Garden Ridge and couldn't believe the bedding selection. This was a bed in a bag combo for 29.99. Not the best quality but I have great sheets and cozy blankets underneath!!

I found you via a photo of your pillow on the Nester. This is simply darling and a wonderful way to display a doily collection. Lovely project.
