| Fabric Necklaces. Love. |
| Easy to make, materials are cheap, and the necklace is so light weight you don’t even know that you are wearing it! Hello Christmas gifts idea! |
| Grab fabric scrapes for the necklace front. For these necklaces I used pieces of a quilt top. |
| Cut into any shape you love. |
| Pick a thicker sturdier piece of fabric for the back and cut into same shape. |
| You can either hand sew or machine sew your two circle pieces together. I would suggest using embroidery floss is you are going to hand sew. |
| I sew several times around the circle on the edge. The sloppier the better! Gives it that handmade look! |
| Not sure what the name of this is, but grab it if you have it. If you don’t it is not necessary. |
My name is Angela Statzer and I love to incorporate just about anything into my artwork. Ranging from recycled materials, vintage items, wood, jewelry, other people’s junk, buttons and fabric, my style is fun and diverse. You can find me smiling at any yard sale, thrift store or flea market. I am a momma to two amazing kids and wife to one hot husband.

These are fantastic.

wow, can’t believe I missed this. My birthday is Dec 11. oh well…still want to say I love this idea. My son is active duty and every time he is deployed I make him a quilt. I am going to use this idea (if you don’t mind) to make myself something with all the scraps I have been saving til I could figure out what to do with them. They are not big enough to make a quilt but would work great for this. Please let me know if it is OK to use your idea. I would have 4 and could link them into a bracelet or necklace. Thank you for sharing.
What a great idea, I just love it !!! Thanks for sharing it and I think that I will see my fabric little pieces from a different angle
