My Husband Thinks I’m a Trekkie!

My husband and I have an on going debate. I have been looking for two paintings/pieces of art to hang on both sides of our enormous, gigantic, ridiculously big new t.v. (am I the only one who can’t see the difference between a regular t.v. and a plasma or high def????) I was soooooooooooooooo excited when I stumbled on these two beautiful prints at Salvation Army. They were 12.00 each and the perfect size. I brought them home sure my husband would love them because they lacked color. He is always asking if we can please leave just one thing in our house brown! I’m like, ah yeah, we have brown floors all over our house!!

I hung them up all ready for him to say, “WOW honey they look great and you only spent 25.00″!!! Instead he laughed and said, “WHAT IS UP WITH THE MAGIC PICTURES???? What!?!?!!?!?! Magic Pictures??? Yes, he thought they were some kind of Harry Potter magic pictures!!!!!

Clearly to me they are prints of coral. Right!?!?! Please settle this debate for us. I can’t handle any more wise cracks about gazing into the magic pictures to find out what our future holds or that I am going to start going to Dungeons and Dragons and Star Trek conventions!!!!!

Coral or Magic???

(I have received several emails from you that it is difficult to leave a comment.  I think I fixed the problem and it should be a lot easier for all of us.  I even left a couple comments yesterday, so excited!!!)

    And I am also with you in inability to tell the difference between regular and hi def – but must admit that with my advancing age the bigger screen is a plus ;-)
